At Noirélia, every product is crafted with care, precision, and the highest standards of quality. We want you to feel fully confident with your purchase. If, however, you are not completely satisfied, we are here to assist.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, silk pillowcases and bedding can only be returned if they remain unopened and sealed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order once your return has been processed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately through our contact form.

We will prioritize your case and arrange a replacement or full refund.
